Maryanne Nicholls lives in Suffolk and works from her studio at home. After graduating with a first class honours degree from Suffolk College (University of East Anglia), she went on to Norwich School of Art and Design to complete her Masters in Fine Art.

Maryanne regularly attends classes at the Prince of Wales Drawing School in London. Drawing is the inspiration behind her sculptures - creating large individual pieces for gardens and parklands - using a combination of fibreglass, resin, steel and copper. Her work can be seen in private gardens in England and abroad, and her sculptures and drawings feature in exhibitions across the country. She explores pre-classical and classical cultures – often in the guise of vessels or the human figure – using pared-down forms to set within the landscape. www.maryannenicholls.co.uk

Cary Norman was trained as a typographic designer at the London College of Communication and worked running design studios for 10 years. She then went on to complete a BA (Hons) in Art and Design, and subsequently qualified as a lecturer in art and design at Suffolk New College, where she has been teaching drawing, painting, history of art and photography for 11 years.

Cary also paints, draws and sculpts, regularly exhibiting her work as well as taking on private commissions. Her work is inspired by natural and familiar forms. She takes a particular interest in kinetic energy and the effects that time has on the materials she uses, particularly her metal sculptures. www.carynorman.com
